Services
We don't stop at design, and we don't throw code over the wall. The team that scopes your work builds it, deploys it, and stays around when you need it changed.
Portals, storefronts and internal tools on Next.js — fast, scalable, and fully typed end to end.
A single React Native codebase for iOS and Android, deployed to the stores with over-the-air updates for immediate fixes.
Odoo, Daftra, and Qoyod implementations with custom integrations - the layer where finance, inventory and sales finally agree on a single number.
Scalable Huawei Cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, automated CI/CD pipelines, and proactive monitoring that alerts engineers before users notice an issue.
Smart assistants and document workflows grounded in your own data, with strict retrieval constraints for accurate, sourced answers.
Task-driven UI design, delivered as a ready-to-use component library your engineers can build on immediately.
Centralized branding automation — unifying corporate email signatures, digital business cards, and marketing banners across your entire team.
Cloud workplace deployment and licensing management for Microsoft 365, ensuring secure email, team messaging, and cloud file management.
Strategic advisory for businesses planning web platforms, e-commerce, software architecture, or digital presence optimization.
Technologies
We chose these because we've run them at scale, not because they're new. If your systems already run on one of them, we meet you where you are instead of asking you to migrate.
Full-stack framework
App Router, server components, incremental rendering.
Frontend library
Component architecture and state for everything on screen.
Backend framework
Typed, modular services with dependency injection built in.
Backend framework
Lean HTTP layers and integration middleware where Nest is too much.
Runtime
One language across the browser, the server and the build.
Database
The relational store most existing systems here already run on.
Database
Our default: strict types, JSONB, and full-text search included.
Language
Data pipelines, automation and the machine-learning side.
UI toolkit
Cross-platform mobile development framework for high-performance iOS and Android applications from a single codebase.
Implementation partners
Not every project is a platform built from nothing. Plenty need nothing written at all — just Odoo or Daftra implemented properly and fitted to how the business actually works. We are a partner on both counts, and on the projects that happen to want both at once, the same team is what connects them.
Open-source ERP
Enterprise-grade automation
The ERP we have had in production the longest. Odoo is a platform more than it is a finished product, and most of an implementation is deciding what it should not do — then writing the modules for the part of your operation that does not look like anybody else's.
Best for
Multi-branch, multi-currency operations, where the work itself is what needs automating rather than the paperwork after it
What we do to it
How it reaches your customers
We build the web application, the mobile app and the store, and all three talk to Odoo in both directions. Your customer sees an interface designed for the job in front of them; Odoo moves the stock, raises the purchase order and posts the entry behind it.
Covers
Pick this one when
you want to run your business, your operations and your customer conversations from one screen, and you want a system that takes customisation and changes right down to its code
Cloud business suite
Localised agility and speed
The faster answer for a business that needs to be running next month rather than next quarter. It is hosted, it covers invoicing through to payroll out of the box, and it is ZATCA-approved for phase-two e-invoicing — so compliance is something we configure rather than something we build.
Best for
Saudi financials, ZATCA invoicing and point of sale, for a business that has to be compliant and trading rather than mid-project
What we do to it
How it reaches your customers
We wire your store, portal or app straight into Daftra. A purchase, an order or a booking on your own front end raises the compliant tax invoice and posts to the ledger at the moment it happens, rather than at the end of the month.
Covers
Pick this one when
all you need is e-invoicing, straightforward accounting and a general ledger, and simple stock control — it customises only so far, and its code cannot be changed
Cloud accounting platform
Streamlined local financial management
A lightweight, cloud-based accounting solution designed for small to medium enterprises. Qoyod simplifies day-to-day bookkeeping, point-of-sale, and billing with zero complex setup, fully aligned with ZATCA phase-two e-invoicing compliance out of the box.
Best for
Saudi SMEs, retail, and service businesses requiring straightforward accounting, fast e-invoicing, and real-time financial tracking without heavy enterprise overhead.
What we do to it
How it reaches your customers
We connect your digital storefront, booking platform, or custom application directly to Qoyod's API. Sales and customer invoices generated on your platform instantly sync with Qoyod, updating inventory levels and issuing tax-compliant receipts automatically.
Covers
Pick this one when
you want a fast, straightforward Saudi-compliant accounting setup with clean API connectivity for your store or application.
Live products
Not a case study and not a mockup — the addresses below resolve. This team scoped, designed, built and shipped each one: the schema underneath, the services behind it, the interface on top, and the pipeline that deploys it.
How we work
Nothing here waits on a phase gate. From week two there is a staging environment you can open, and it only gets closer to what you asked for.
Included, at no cost
Before you commit to a full build, we build a working version of the core idea and hand it over for you to use. No fee and no obligation — you see the thing running against your own case, and then you decide whether to carry on.
Step 1
Two weeks with your team and your data. We map the workflow that exists before proposing the one that replaces it.
You get: Scope, estimate and risk register
Step 2
Flows, then screens, then a component library. You approve something you can click through rather than a document.
You get: Clickable prototype
Step 3
Two-week iterations against a staging environment that is live from day one. Nothing is called done until it is deployed.
You get: Fortnightly releases
Step 4
Monitoring, on-call and a roadmap that keeps moving. The team that built it is the team that answers the alert.
You get: SLA and support rota
Questions
If yours is not here, it is one message away. We reply the same day.
Discovery usually begins within two weeks of a signed scope, and build starts as soon as discovery closes. We do not hold a delivery team idle waiting for a kickoff date, so the window is a real one rather than a placeholder.
Often. We can take a project end to end, or embed two or three engineers alongside yours and hand the codebase over at the finish. Whichever it is, your engineers work in the same repository and the same pipeline we do rather than waiting on a delivery at the end.
A support agreement with a named response time, monitoring that pages our on-call engineer rather than your operations manager, and a roadmap reviewed each quarter. The people who answer the alert are the people who wrote the line.
In Riyadh, inside Smart of Things. Data can stay in-Kingdom where a project needs it to, and you can meet the engineers on your account at our office in Olaya.
Next step
A first call takes half an hour and costs nothing. Bring the process that is slowing you down, not a specification — working out what to build is the part we are good at.
Contact
This does not go to an inbox somebody forgot they own. It opens a record in the same pipeline our own projects are tracked in, with your name on it, the moment you press send.
The process that is slowing you down, rather than a specification. Working out what to build is the part we are good at.
Roughly when it needs to be live, and what happens if it is not.
Anything it will have to talk to — an ERP, a warehouse system, a spreadsheet three people maintain between them.
Nothing here is required but your name, what it is about, and a way to reply. Send two lines if two lines is what you have.
